I would say, if it's built to take CO2, it's built for propane normally, in as I think CO2 is more powerful than regular propane. If you do decide to use propane, make sure you get a good pure silicone oil to maintain the gun, as that's one of the extra additives you get in Green Gas, but not straight propane. If you run just straight propane in her, the seals will get brittle and not work. This actually looks like a Double Stacker, so it's based, apparently, on the Para Ordinance p14,and not your normal 1911. Which is cool....don't get me wrong..more ammo is more ammo....
I wouldn't mind picking one of these up to give it a shot...it's almost Wei like in it's appearance, I wonder if TM and Wei Hi Cappa mags will work, as that grip set up looks like kits available from both Tanio and one other company, for the Hi Cappa series. I was looking into one for my TM 4.3, but I got rid of her.
Dang if those mags with that look like they are Wei Hi Cappa mags.....
